Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions regulate access to and use of Casino de Mont-Tremblant, operated by Société des casinos du Québec, a subsidiary of Loto-Québec. Entry to the casino confirms agreement to these terms, applicable provincial regulations, and facility policies.
1. Eligibility and Age Restrictions
Access is restricted to individuals 18 years of age or older. This includes all areas: gaming floors, restaurants, bars, and event spaces. Minors are not permitted in the facility at any time, regardless of parental or guardian accompaniment.
Visitors must present valid government-issued photo identification upon request. Acceptable identification includes a driver’s licence, passport, or provincial ID card. Failure to provide valid identification will result in denial of entry or removal from the premises.
Casino personnel may request identification from any visitor at any time. Refusal to provide identification results in denied access.
2. Admission and Access Rights
The facility reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any person at its discretion. Reasons may include violation of these Terms and Conditions, disruptive conduct, intoxication, failure to meet dress code, or inclusion on exclusion lists.
Individuals banned from Loto-Québec-operated gaming facilities, whether voluntary or involuntary, may not enter Casino de Mont-Tremblant or any other related property, including online platforms operated by Loto-Québec.
Access to specific gaming tables, machines, or areas is not guaranteed. The facility may restrict access to certain areas due to capacity limits, maintenance, or operational requirements.
3. Visitor Conduct Requirements
Visitors must not disturb others or interfere with casino operations. Disruptive, aggressive, threatening, or abusive behavior leads to immediate removal.
Appropriate dress is required. Prohibited clothing includes items depicting violence, weapons, or associated gang insignia. While the dress code is relaxed, clothing must meet basic standards of decorum.
Prohibited items within the casino include:
– Backpacks
– Motorcycle helmets
– Umbrellas
– Large bags or suitcases that are not checked at coat check
All bags and suitcases must be checked at the coat check, which operates during all casino hours and is provided free of charge. Refusal to check prohibited items results in denial of entry.
4. Smoke-Free Environment
Smoking and vaping are prohibited in all areas, including gaming floors, restaurants, bars, washrooms, and event spaces. This extends to tobacco products, electronic cigarettes, and vaping devices.
Designated outdoor smoking areas are available. Re-entry after smoking breaks is subject to standard admission procedures.
5. Gaming Rules and Procedures
Gaming activities are subject to rules set by Loto-Québec and the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux. Rules for each game are available at gaming tables or from staff upon request.
Minimum and maximum betting limits apply at each table or machine and may change without notice.
Disputes regarding games, payouts, or procedures must be reported immediately to staff. Casino management decisions concerning such disputes are final.
Use of devices or methods to gain unfair advantage is prohibited. This includes card counting systems, electronic tracking devices, collusion, and any form of cheating or fraud.
6. Photography and Recording
Photography and video recording are allowed in public areas for personal, non-commercial use only. The privacy of other patrons and staff must be respected. Recording or photographing individuals without consent may lead to removal.
Commercial photography, filming, or recording requires advance written permission from management. Unauthorized commercial use of images or recordings is prohibited.
7. Responsible Gaming

Services are free and confidential, provided in English and French.

8. Casino Privilèges Club
Casino Privilèges Club is a loyalty program with membership conditions and separate terms.
Recent regulatory updates may affect club rules, admissions, and facility access. Up-to-date terms are available at service desks and through Loto-Québec channels.
Club membership does not override facility Terms and Conditions. Members remain subject to all rules, conduct requirements, and restrictions.
9. Personal Property and Liability
Responsibility for personal belongings remains with visitors. The facility is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged property.
The coat check offers temporary storage without assuming liability for loss or damage except in cases of gross negligence. Valuable items should not be checked.
Vehicles parked in casino areas or using valet services are parked at the owner’s risk. Liability for theft, damage, or loss is excluded except in cases of gross negligence by personnel.
10. Operating Hours
Operating hours vary by day, week, and season. Hours may change due to seasonal demand, events, or operational requirements.
Current hours can be found through official communications, the Loto-Québec website, or by contacting casino services. Verification of operating hours is recommended, especially during holidays or off-peak seasons.
The facility may alter hours, close temporarily, or restrict access without notice for maintenance, events, or operations.
11. Transportation and Shuttle Services
A complimentary shuttle operates between the casino and designated points within Mont-Tremblant Resort during operating hours, typically at thirty-minute intervals.
Gondola access is available via Tremblant Express and Télécabine Casino Express, subject to operating schedules.
Free valet parking is offered year-round on a first-come, first-served basis. Availability may be limited during peak periods.
Transportation services may be modified or discontinued without notice. No liability is assumed for delays, interruptions, or unavailability of transport services.
12. Privacy and Data Collection
Personal information collected is governed by the Loto-Québec privacy policy and complies with Quebec privacy laws.
Surveillance cameras are in use for security and regulatory compliance. Entry implies consent to surveillance and recording.
13. Regulatory Compliance
Casino de Mont-Tremblant operates under Loto-Québec and the oversight of the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux. Activities comply with the Act respecting lotteries and amusement machines and all applicable Quebec regulations.
All visitors must comply with relevant laws and regulations. Illegal activity will be reported to law enforcement.
14. Modifications to Terms
Terms and Conditions may be updated at any time without prior notice. Changes take immediate effect. Continued access or use following modifications constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
The current version is available at service desks and through official communications. Visitors are responsible for reviewing terms before each visit.
15. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Quebec law and applicable Canadian federal law. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Quebec courts.
